How to Initiate a Return?

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@devkiraha.com within 2 days of delivery. Kindly share clear images of the issue, and our team will assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging with all tags, invoices, and courier receipts intact.
  • Items should be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Damaged or soiled products will not be eligible for return or refund if not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after the original product is received and verified.
  • Exchanged items cannot be returned.
  • Customized items ** are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are permitted only for items of equal or higher value.
  • An unpacking video of the product is mandatory in case of a damaged or missing item.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective. To initiate a return, you must provide a valid unboxing video clearly showing the defect.

Exchange Policy:

  • If there is a size issue, the kurta can be exchanged for the same design in a different size, subject to availability.
  •  If you wish to exchange for a different kurta, the new product must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer

Refund Terms & Conditions

Refunds are processed only through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via Razorpay secure payout links. Customers must complete the details within 24 hours of receiving the link.

For Prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (card, UPI, wallet, etc.).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for processing refunds. Dev Ki Raha will not be liable for delays or failure caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.

Once a refund is initiated, Dev Ki Raha has no control over bank-side delays. Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product passes quality checks, wherever applicable.

Refund requests must comply with Dev Ki Raha return and exchange policies.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • In case of a defective product, please email us at support@devkiraha.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
  • An unpacking video of the product is mandatory in case of a damaged or missing item.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for processing returns, exchanges, or refunds.
