Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by Dev Ki Raha. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, quality issues, or verification concerns.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping terms are outlined separately in our Shipping Policy. While we aim for timely delivery, delays due to external factors are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Dev Ki Raha follows an exchange-only policy. Returns and refunds are not offered. All exchange-related terms are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which must be read and accepted before purchase.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing. Cancellation requests, if any, are subject to approval by Dev Ki Raha and must comply with our cancellation guidelines.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes and for orders up to a specified limit. Partial COD may apply to certain products. In case of refusal or RTO, COD charges are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property
